Feywild Sojourn

In the second paragraph of Druid Utility 10, Feywild Sojourn, in states that" At the end of your next turn or as a MOVE ACTION before then, you reappear in an unoccupied space within 10 squares of the space you left." (emphasis mine).

My question is, what MOVE ACTION is one using for this action? Is its cost, a move action from the next round? I think so, but I want to make sure I'm not missing something.

If you cast this in round 1, you could reappear in that same round with a move action, or you could reappear earlier in round 2 with a move action. If you do neither, you reappear at the end of round 2.

As a general note you would generally use the power, next turn you'd use your move action to appear in whatever inconvenient location to the enemy you wanted to end up in, and attack. There could be some instances where you'd want to reappear in the same round, say if you were retreating and wanted to appear back by the healer so he could patch you up. It is hard to come up with a reason why you'd want to miss your entire next turn and NOT use the move action, it doesn't really let you stay out of the way any longer and you just lose all your actions for the turn instead of just the move action. It is just there to basically put a time limit on how long your jaunt in Faerie lasts.
