D&D 3E/3.5 Figgy pudding familiar?

Suppose a wizard/sorcerer found/created a LIVING figgy pudding and decided to make it his/her familiar, what bonuses would s/he gain?

+1 to a CHA check after consuming a "cup of good cheer". However, after the fifth "cup of good cheer" that becomes a -4 to all CHA checks.
 

Multiattack: The figgy pudding makes three attacks using "We wish you a merry Christmas", and then uses the bolded ability from the "Happy New Year" feat.
