Anyone know if the attack granted by the fighter's Combat Challenge ability (when a marked opponent shifts or attacks elsewhere) counts as an opportunity attack in relation to feats and abilities that modify opportunity attacks?
The ability description doesn't explicitly call it an OA, even though it is functionally the same thing; but the feats chapter does under the Distracting shield and Shield push entries on the feat table.
