First of all, please consider the drum technique:

Now that you have seen it, notice that they forgot a couple of things in the power description for Final Confrontation (Frenzied Berserker Attack 20). First, you clearly have to be bloodied before you can attempt it. Second, you have to also have attempted the Crane Kick and failed. (I know that in 3rd ed, the Crane Kick is unstoppable, but this is 4nd ed, so it can be stopped now.)
Given those two changes, here's how you can kill Orcus in one round.
First, all your party mates have to get little japanese drums, because otherwise Orcus will not choose to make his free basic attacks.
Second, you must somehow be immune to damage. I suggest one of the other barbarian powers, or you could also have a cute asian cleric to heal you up. Hopefully, she can do this as an immediate reaction between your free actions.
Third: Profit!!
