I noticed the emphasis in the Dragon Delves marketing for this:
I've long wished for WoTC to adopt this kind of table-readiness in their published adventures. Let's hope this idea takes off. I'm weary of having to read every entry in a whole adventure, and kind of make my way through it all to figure out at the end "Oh, the theme of the adventure is about getting past the loss of a loved one. Wish I could just know the main theme and the jist and form of the adventure more easily, so I could know how to approach running it."
