I got the distinct impression that it was a modified interlock rule set with the D20 rule set grafted over.  I also got the impression that ther was meant to be a background world, but it got dumped. Most likely for being late, deadlines wait for no man. I also noticed tha the colors in the print run were off to the paper quality. The paper is similar to what is used in Newsweek for instance.-Angel Tears</blockquote>
