Fire Genasi / Flame Blade

I'm working on an Pyromaniac (NPC Fire Genasi Warmage / Savant of the Elements (Fire)) for my campaign and I wanted to run him with the Flame Blade spell, since I considered that rather stylish but then I noticed that that is a druid spell. Is there a way (feat, ect.) to get your hands on divine fire spells as a fire wizard?

DM rule it on his list or expand advanced learning to divine spells. There's argument that Extra Spell would allow this.

Personal spell research will solve the problem, usually. Required DM approval, but it's an appropriate spell, and not particularly divine in nature.

Produce Flame, Flame Blade, Flame Strike (trade the 'divine' damage for typeless 'eldritch' damage and you're set), Fire Seeds, Fire Storm. All divine spells that would work perfectly well thematically as arcane spells.

Get Arcane Disciple and pick the Fire domain (not sure if that spell is in there but I think so).

Edit: Spell is not there sadly. Perhaps in another domain?

I think Wish is somewhat overkill for a 2nd level divine spell. He should use Limited Wish.
