Say you have a Dex of 14, that is +2 with ranged attacks and any melee attack you use with weapon finesse.You can gain additional attacks by feats and weapons like Two Weapon Fighting (off hand attack) and quarterstaffs (double weapons, basically tailor made to 2 weapon fighting). If you have natural attacks (like a druid wild shape) you use your BaB (5th level druid, +3) plus your STR (could be Dex but is unlikely and later on pointless for most Wild shapes). You do not gain additional attacks from a high BaB. You can only use any natural weapon once in a full attack.</blockquote>
