I think there’s a superhero game out for this? IIRC it suggests or randomly generates attack, defence, movement, and other styles for your powers. It can be quite random if you roll super-strength (attack), phasing (defence), stretchy legs (movement) and cosmic awareness (other) for your styles but I can see you could have a lot of fun explaining how those combine in your character.
