Anyway, the moral of the story while the PCs might be the stars of the show, they still have to conform to the same "rules of the universe" as everyone else. And if the rule is going to break (such as PCs get resurrected when NPCs don't) then there needs to be a reason "in universe" why it works (PCs have destiny, etc).</blockquote>
