Flayed Jaguars and Nevard

I would like to thank everyone who has helped me with advice bis dato...

I have another question. Would Nevard's "Calm Animals" spell work on the flayed jaguars? Part of me says it could because they are animals with an Int score of 2 but they are being controlled by Creed in the Bleak. Any help would make this a bit easier for me.

I hadn't actually noticed that was in Nevard's stats (I wrote the 4e version; someone else did the PF version), but yeah, it would work, though it might lead to a less tense fight. Maybe just have him use it on one that gets close to him, if the PCs screw up and don't protect him.

It's 2d4+5 HD theoretically it could stop four of them. The PCs are doing pretty well, so I think I will keep it in reserve. Nevard has already rekilled a skeleton with CLW.
