Fledgling d20 company looking for artists and writers (read carefully)

First of all, please excuse me if this is the wrong forum to post this but I wasn't sure which one would be correct. My creative director said this was the place I should put out a call, so I signed up and here it is. We are a fledgling d20 company in dire need of artists. All work is done on the basis that you will get a % of the profit and not paid up front. That alone has hindered us, but I don't have $$ to spend up front. Our first publication is about 2-1/2 years behind deadline due to various factors (peoples RL interfering and having to bow out, people changing their mind, etc.)
If you have a LOVE for art and for RPGs and would like to be in on the ground floor of a d20 company then give me a mail at outcastia at softhome dot net with any questions you may have. I'll answer any and all queries anyone has. I'm sorry if this post doesn't have many details, but I put the most important one (working pro bono) in it. Anyone who replies with that in there is someone we are looking for as we don't even know how much (if any) profit we will make when finished. We are mainly doing this for our love of the game. It is preferable if you want to be a writer/designer that you be familiar with the 3.5 rules as well.
