I hope it is ok to post a recruitment thread for a off site game. This game is an old one that didn't get off the ground here a couple of years ago. I am trying to run it again over at Pbphouse.com. So if your interested come on over and sign up. Thanks
Game Title: Fleet Action!!
System: Homebrew Space Battle Simulator.
Players Wanted: 10 to 12 players to be divided into 2 teams.
Expected Posting Rate: The game will be run in one week turns. If everyones orders are in then the turn will be run and a new turn will begin with a one week time limit. If you don't get your orders in within the week then I will run your forces for that turn. If you miss three turns without prior notice then your position will be open to be filled by new players.
Fleet Action!! is a strategic space war game pitting two groups of players against each other. Each player will control an important Military or Government character who has strategic assets (space ships, space stations, fighter squadrons, tank brigades, etc ) under their control. Working together each team will have their own objectives for victory. Each team will have a supreme commander who will act as a team leader.
Each character will have a set of skills and traits that will effect how they control their forces in the game.
The exact forces and theater in which this game will take place will be revealed once the teams are chosen.
I will need a RED TEAM and a BLUE TEAM with 5 to 6 players on each team. Each team will have their own HQ thread where they can discuss strategy and plan their actions. It will be important that each team not look into the opponent's HQ thread.
