Good. Good. Good. Beware of Druids with IUS, a Monk level, Improved Natural Attack and/or a Monk's Belt..lots of attacks (6), good damage (a large creature with a Monk's Belt is already, what, 1d8 + str per "unarmed strike" hit) and 4 (a creature with 3 natural weapons) of them are only at a -5 penalty...blows 2WF out of the water, really. Combined with special abilities such as Improved Grab at the final hit. As an example, the Dire Bear has a routine of (neglecting str, BAB only) +12/+7/+2/+7/+7/+7...compare that to a 2WF whose BAB's contribution to attack is +14/+14/+9/+9/+4/+4/-1, adding in the -2 penalty for wielding a light weapon in his off-hand. The Druid has only 1 less attack, but took 2 less feats to get so...plus, as a Dire Bear, the Druid naturally has a high base str (31!) that can be magically augmented. True, the 2WF could be polymorphed, or under a similar effect, but neglecting that, his relevant stat modifier to hit is 24 (starting 20 bump up 4 times). For this comparison, I picked each character at level 16, where the 2WF has another attack on the Druid. This is true all the way until 20th level. Amulet of Mighty Fists is more expensive, but 2 magical weapons aren't cheap either; the Amulet pretty much negates the weapon enhancements to hit and damage. I don't allow mixing of natural attacks and unarmed strikes for this reason. I figure you are using your entire body as a weapon, and forfeit any natural attacks when you fight using unarmed strikes. I do allow the Dragon Disciple Swing Swing Swing Swing Bite, though. Improved Unarmed Strike is just too good for "creatures".
