Flurry of blows

If a character is using a weapon in each hand and both have the speed enchant does this give them 2 extra attacks at thier highest BaB?
If a monk is using the same weapons does the xtra attack(s) apply to his Flurry of Blows assuming the weapons are special monk weapons?
when he is using his Flurry and monk weapons, does the weapon damage and crit numbers apply? or is it all considered part of unarmed damage?

No: "This benefit is not cumulative with similar effects..."

He gets the extra attack, but I don't know what you mean by "apply to his Flurry of Blows."

Not sure what you're asking here. If he's using monk weapons, how would it be "part of unarmed damage?" There might be a fundamental misunderstanding here. If the monk uses monk weapons, he uses monk weapons, not his unarmed strikes.

Huh.

Let me try to understand: If are you asking "Can a monk can use the Flurry of Blows ability while weilding Monk weapons", then the answer is: Yes. That's one major part of that class ability.

If your question is "Does the Speed ability on a special monk weapon add an extra attack to his Flurry of Blows", then the answer is: Yes, one extra attack. Weilding 2 monk weapons with the Speed ability still only gives the monk 1 extra attack.

Frankly speaking, the Speed ability is over-priced. It's not worth the gp; try holy and/or evil outsider bane instead. :]

Yes. The damage from weapons is always "weapon damage", regardless of whethere of not the monk uses the weapon with his Flurry of Blows ability.

Thank you very much. I know the questions seem silly but i was having a hard time when it came to adding the special monk weapons into the flurry.

.....I take it, then, that at least one of us interpreted your question correctly. ;)

Welcome to the boards! Ain't it useful?

Yea i see no reason to use speed when the helpful mage will always cast haste.

Hell i wouldnt even take it even if it was +1(unless the campaign was too low level for a mage with haste)

Even if you don't consider options like a free haste from the party wizard, boots of speed are much better than the weapon of speed. Sure, you can use the weapon all day, but IME you'd likely rarely get enough full attacks to even warrant full use out of the boots. +3 is a HUGE modifier. So much so that it makes getting anything other than +1 speed weapon unattainable until very high levels.
