Flyby Attack - AoO

Hi all,

Would a harpy's flyby attack (with a club) provoke an attack of opportunity? I would think so (as it is flying through a threatened space), but if that is the case it is not nearly as effective.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Yup. Flyby attack doesn't protect you from AoOs. And it makes sense, given there are no prereqs for the feat, as opposed to spring attack.

Would Mobility apply when making a flyby attack?

Flyby Attack does indeed provoke AoOs, and Mobility does indeed apply.

There's an Improved Flyby Attack that lets you avoid AoOs, I believe in the MM2 or FF.
