Flying Fleshbound Vampire

I'm trying to make a very dangerous undead opponent to segue into my followup for RttToEE, and I'm looking towards using a modern hollywood style vampire. The Fleshbound Vampire template from Malhavoc (you can find it somewhere on Monte's site) works pretty good, except for the lack of flight. How much should I raise the CR by if I add Flight with perfect manueverability? (Same speed as walking)

I wouldn't either. Unless, of course, the fleshbound vampire in question is gargantuan and has the Improved Grab ability and Snatch feat/ability. :D

No, medium sized

PC race, with ~10 levels of Psy Warrior. The idea is that it can shred a mid-level character in a round if it gets surprise. Flying is just because I like Rice / Lost Boys style vampires better than traditional Dracula ones.

While I'm at it, should class abilities, feats, or psy abilities that boost speed be applied to flight speed? I want this thing to be fast, sufficient to keep pace with a galloping horse.
 

i don't see why not. the entry says, "Advancement: by character class". if the vampire were turned at a lower level, it could gain psi-powers to match or compliment its new undead abilities as it gained levels
