D&D (2024) Forgotten Realms Player Guide

A bit surprised that PCs are getting splat so quickly after the release of 2024. I'm guessing we'll see the remaining Wizard/Cleric subclasses from 2014 updated here, but I wonder what else?

They want it to be as easy as possible for groups to move to the 2024 books ASAP, and that means those subclasses need to be converted over. (Not you, twilight priest.)

I suspect a bigger focus will be on new Feats, particularly flavorful Origin Feats tying into more Realms-specific Backgrounds (like "Purple Dragon Knight" or "Dalelander" or whatnot).

Could be! They didn't name check Spwcies in general, let alone any specific Species, but...very possible.

I guess we could get Artificers, from Gond......since I don't see much Eberron content coming from them.

It would be a shock if we got to the end of 2026 without the Artificer back. Honestly, getting to the end of 2025 without it would be surprising.

To be fair, we've been getting D&D boxed sets for years at this point... Beadle and Grimms 'Legendary' editions cost from €150 to almost €500... And I have to admit, they do look premium...
