Demon Queen’s Enclave Adventure P2 - probably not; IMO the adventures so far have been iffy.
Manual of the Planes Accessory - definitely picking this one up

Dungeon Delve Supplement - er...maybe. I'll have to look over it first.
Player's Handbook II Accessory - yes; if only so I can offer that many more options for prospective players (without having to rely on odd builds etc.)

Arcane Power Acessory - most likely. Wondering how they're going to fill this out without making it The Complete Book of Rituals
E1 Death's Reach Adventure - I definitely will check this out, if only to see what they mean by Epic Level Adventure.

No power cards, no miniatures, no dungeon tiles, none of that. Keeping in mind that at this point, I'm in the minority on wanting to play 4e (A minority of one), and I'm on a mercilessly tight budget so.......yeah, that about sums it up. Though the list above represents what I would *like* to acquire. The next gaming purchase I plan on making is Goodman Games' Points of Light but I'm looking at mining that for my 3.x game.

Draconomicon I: Chromatic Dragons - Got what I need through DDI
Martial Power: - Bought (could get it mainly through DDI but wanted this)
Manual of the Planes - I love me some Planescape goodness so definitely
Open Grave: Secrets of the Undead - My current campaign has lots of undead and Voodoo stuff so this will hopefully have lots of good stuff so close to a definite.
Player's Handbook II - Well DUH! But yeah getting this one for obvious reasons (though may wait for boxed).
Arcane Power - I dunno yet, I personally would probably only get it for Warlock. Most of my players are Martial. So we shall see how the book compares to how much is on DDI and decide then.
Monster Manual 2 - Hmm... If there are things that are not in DDI perhaps, but if not then just gonna get it through DDI.
Eberron Campaign Guide - I can get what I want most likely through DDI, so probably not likely.
Divine Power - Falls under same category of Arcane, but without the Warlock bonus.
Eberron Player's Guide - I can get what I want most likely through DDI, so probably not likely.
Adventurer's Vault 2. - Hmm... Well, the first had rules and such for vechicles that weren't in DDI so there is the possibility of a buy here. It will be automatic buy if they have firearms.

I will add too that Monster Manual 2 and Player's Handbook 2 I could see myself holding off on till the boxed set.

As you can tell things like adventures and board accessories don't rank highly for me and the Dragon and Dungeon books aren't needed since I have DDI.

At this point, I plan on buying all the adventures and sourcebooks, except for the Dungeon Delve and the annuals. I'm not 100% sold on those.
