The xxyth, qeh'thral, and others would get multiple stat blocks written up. We would probably treat them like dragons.For 2, I don't feel that a monster book would be the proper place for something like that. I'd probably do the racial traits like they did in the Monster Manual. We have expanded player utility like that in the Player's Guide to Violet Dawn that we have been working on.For 3, I guess we would do that. I wouldn't cut any of the race specific weapons or mounts from the book.
