We've had a relatively short session, which mostly went as planned. The original plan somehow changed into converting the "faith in Triegenis" into "faith in teachings of Triegenis", more a philosophical theory than a religion, without canonization of the fisherman himself. Vitus failed his suicide, both him and Ottavia lost their divine powers (it's an open question whether she gains a psionic type of gift later), and several turbulent months are in store for Clergy as a whole. No avatar of Triegenis was slain at the end, but the faith in Triegenis itself did weaken and will continue to wither over the following weeks. Maybe the party still have a chance to dance with a lava dragon in the last adventure, whenever we reach it. Meanwhile, the duo of PC avengers are planning a religious rite commending Srasama at the place of her death, complete with a proper Hallowed Temple ritual. We'll see whether the mob swallows them whole next time. Nicodemus did watch the trial and thanked the party for dealing such a blow to Clergy afterwards "by putting such a farce for the people, I know you don't actually believe this crap". I really missed him as a DM, his nihilistic/utilitarian point of view steers the party towards a brighter worldview, just to be contrarian to him
