Hi guys, I'm looking for four good Roleplayers to play in a Game that's heavy on the Roleplaying sauce and light on the Rollplaying crunch. The campaign is a take off from Stargate SG-1. which means your PCs will be apart of a Military. Your player characters will visit numerous worlds including:

Faerun
Eberron
Oerth
Yrth
Elfworld (don't ask)
Mystara
Aebyrnis
Athas
EverQuack Wurld
etc.
The main enemy are the Inspired from Eberron; although some aspects might be taken from DragonStar for added flavor. You can create any character except clerics or druids since the base setting is set in wonderful ol' Earth, but your race choices in the beginning will be severely limited to Half-Giants (bad guy servitor race, which are like the Jaffa), Humans (Earthers), Elans (Earthers who have gained Immortality), and Elves (of any subrace, including Drow). As the campaign progresses, more Race choices will be opened up: Kalashtar, Warforged, Dwarves, Deurgar, Gnomes (shudder), Half-Orcs, shifters, changelings, etc. Elf subraces allowed are (and they all have leaf shaped ears):

High Elves
Drow
Fair, Gray, or Sun Elves
Wood Elves
Wild Elves
Alignments: Since Alignments are the bread and butter of D&D, and since your player characters are in the Military, Alignments for Player Characters are limited to Lawful Good, Lawful Neutral, Neutral Good, Neutral, and Chaotic Good (I think O'Neal in the T.V. series is Neutral Good with Chaotic tendencies -- since he did ask permission to beat the crap out of a fellow officer). Lawful Evil and Neutral Evil are NPC alignments. Chaotic Evil is reserved for Meglomaniacal Villians like Manshoon. :] As for Prestige Classes, don't bother thinking about them; unless you can provide a VERY GOOD reason (roleplaying wise) for entering into the prestige class. Which means joining the group the prestige class represents, but since your character is connected to a military . . . There are exceptions, but that would mean taking your PC out of play. Incidentally, we will also be using the XPH and some parts of Hyperconscious. The World Information is located on two boards. This one and the Wizards' boards.
