In the transition from 2nd Edition to 3rd Edition they bent over backwards to encourage their existing customers to make the transition. With the transition from 3rd Edition to 4th Edition, on the other hand, they seem hell-bent on alienating their existing customers.It's almost as if they want the market to fork.</blockquote>
