[FR] More Archmage High Arcana?

I'd agree that Archmage is especially good for Evokers, but that it works very well for other specialists, as well. Everyone seems to forgt or ignore Enchanters and Illusionists. For example, Sorcerers are often considered little more than blasters, especially Monte's version, when they make perfectly good Illusionists.

Anyhow, back on topic, High Arcana are feats that have been juiced up, but also cost a bit because they're otherwise way too good. Mixed Conjuration and Conjure Horde from the first post are fine (or even a little weak) as feats, so they're definitely too weak for High Arcana.

For Conjure Horde, how about we simply up the number of creatures summoned? You summon 1d3 outsiders of the appropriate spell level, or 1d4+1 creatures of the same type from a lower list. Costs a 7th level spell slot.

For an extended summoning, maybe you could summon one die type fewer outsiders but for 1 hour per level. Does that seem overpowered? I've always thought conjurers should be able to summon creatures for things other than combat. Costs a 9th level spell slot.

As a variant on Mastery of Elements, perhaps you could have a short list of low-powered templates (including Elemental templates) and you can choose whichever template to apply, instead of Celestial or Fiendish. Costs maybe an 8th level slot.

All this is off the top of my head, so it may or may not be reasonably balanced.
