Does this apply to arcane spells of the illusion school?

Do both of these domain bonuses stack?

Yes, it applies to nondivine spells. If it applied only to divine spells, it would specify as much.

Wizards get the feat Scribe Scroill for free; if they also have levels of Cleric, they can scribe Cleric scrolls, even without taking Scribe Scroll again. Further, that Wizard/Cleric could have their familiar deliver a Cure Light Wounds spell that they cast!

And yes, they stack. Generally speaking, unnamed bonusses from different sources always stack with each other, unless one or both specifies otherwise.

So, yes, a Gnomish Cleric(5)/Illusionist(5)/Mystic Theurge(10) with the Gnome and Illusion domains casts spells of up to 8th level, and, has a caster level of 17 for all their Illusion-school spells, and of 15 for all other spells.

I believe this would apply to arcane spells, and the bonuses would definitely stack (as they are unnamed).
