I am showing up an hour early just to get my bit sorted in case the rest of the day is chaos. I am still taking bets  with myself on how much the non 5e stuff get's ignored by the DMs running demos. I might be pleasantly surprised.Yep. Free RPG day and Free Comic Book day used to be Xmas in May/June for me. The old FLGS used to be very organized, like GMs running demos could drop by a few days before and read the quickstarts they would be running. Then the owner let his brother take over the event and if you wanted run a demo, you needed to be there at opening so you could get a quickstart and give yourself 30 minutes to read it and run. He treated GMs volunteers more like the other customers coming in.  The store stopped doing the event two years later.</blockquote>
