The Gathering Shroud from Kelfecil’s RTales is a 5e adventure for a 6th level party where the group must investigate a deadly shadow plague back to its source and confront the ancient power that sees through darkness itself.
OSR fans will want to check out In the Dungeons of Akra-Ghas from SRC – SilverRingsCrest, an adventure that send sthe party to investigate a curse that has devastated farmlands, caused cattle to disappear, and even some of the villagers have vanished.
Over on Dungeonmasters Guild, PhantomLaceMuse has Grim Whispers: A Horror One-Shot Anthology with ten stand-alone horror adventures for levels 3-7 rangin gfrom body horror to folklore terrors to psychological dread to eldritch entities.
PhantomLaceMuse also has a trio of liked adventures, the first half of a six-part adventure path. A1: The Path of the Novice is the first level adventure designed for both new players and dungeonmasters with A2: Path of the Apprentice and B1: Path of the Veteran continuing the story.
