Assume that you have at least one round of actions before the shadow creatures get to where you are (if you move towards them, that's another story). Ranged attacks can be used, of course, by either side as the shadow creatures close in. I will resolve actions in Initiative order, but it doesn't matter the order in which you guys post your actions.</p></blockquote><p></p>
