If this happens the ability is an automatic successful dispel magic. Or does the ability disintigrates the handcuffs without a save? Does this ability free a person out of a forcecage spell?A person can be mind controlled by magic, psionic or special abilities. For magic the shatter bond is an automatic dispel for this spell?
