That could be influenced by Lhazaar's provincial nature, but the PC's would likely very rapidly change all that.</p><p></p><p>The other problem that affects Eberron's feel is that Freeport has guns, and firearms and black powder make up an important part of the "feel" of the setting, but it's NOT a part of Eberron. You could remove them and replace with conventional magic, but you lose some of the "piratey goodness."</p></blockquote><p></p>
