Freeport Pirate's Guide vs. City of Adventure

Are these virtually the same product or am I missing something? I have the Freeport City of Adventure. What do I get that's better or different if I get the Pirate's Guide?

The new book is crunch and stat-free. It also updates the timeline a few years and incorporates all the events from the Freeport modules. If you are a Freeport fen, it's a must-buy. I love the first book but I enjoyed reading the new book even more. Plus, it's a damn pretty book.
