But it says "When you make a ranged attack...[allies] gain a +1 bonus to Reflex Defense until the start of your next turn." It does not say "During a round in which you make a ranged attack" and the bonus is unnamed, so a very plausable interpretation is that when you make your first ranged attack you read the talent and ask, "did I make a ranged attack? Yes. Then they gain a +1 bonus to Reflex defense." and then when you make your second ranged attack you again check, "did I make a ranged attack? Yes. Does this bonus to reflex defense stack? It is unnamed, so it does." If the intent is to only ever grant a +1 bonus to reflex defense to allies, then I suspect a better wording would be "When you use an action to make a ranged attack with a...blah, blah, blah." Of course, that would allow you to offer more than +1 to Reflex Defense if you crit and get a separate standard action with which to shoot, so maybe that wouldn't be a better wording. I though this was probably how it works. I was mostly inspired by General Grievious's stat block and how they represented him fighting with 4 lightsabers at once. I thought, "how could I do that with blasters?" Then I looked at Fortune's Favor and thought to myself, "the more you roll, the more you when." That is when it occured to me that you had up to 4 chances of winning, and I wanted to discover the complete ramifications of that. With any new system, I like looking at extreme applications and seeing how far they'll go.
