The standard cover uses a distinctive font/title treatment and what appears to be a kind of Romic font, which was also used on AD&D books in Second Edition. The fonts aren't exactly the same, but based on my amateur eye, they're very close....and that's the point. Also, D&D has adopted a black to red fade for their spine treatment, which is reflected in the alternate art cover with a black to purple to pink to yellow fade. The rear covers show off some more art from the upcoming book, with silver, blue, gold dragons all appearing on the rear cover.
