Can a Warforged drown? I know it says they don't breath, but it doesn't directly state that they are immune to the condition of drowning. Is the immunity implied or is it simply not explained?

Also, would a Warforged be immune to petrification? Again, it's not stated so it probably is not, but it seemed a similar effect to paralyzation so I figured I should ask.

No, a warforged can't drown. Drowning results from running out of air.

But yes, a warforged can be petrified. It seems odd -- I personally would have allowed paralysis, but disallowed petrifaction -- but there it is.

Warforged are an extremnely powerful non-LA race.

I've noticed a bit. It does have downsides, but it does seem very, very good. Not quite so much for casters.(Besides maybe Wizard?), but really good for melee type stuff. Especially with Adamantine body.

Asking so many questions as I'm making a Warforged Fighter/Barbarian in one of the Gaming Action settings here, and trying to determine how to build it.

Alternatively, you can simply slap on the dragonborn template, which removes the composite plating (which is really more of a nuisance) for free. It still retains its living construct traits.

Well, I'm building a fighter/barbarian(maybe some Psychic Warrior or Soulknife later) in the scenario, so ASF isn't important.

I actually made a warforged paladin, go figure on my first session(joined a group that has been at it for about a month) and they ended up stranded on a boat that has no mast or rudder. So they're using all the rope to strap me to walk on the ocean floor to pull the boat, using the 4 hours to rest but during so our druid is casting her wind ability to push the boat.
