The key in my mind is that it should be 'generic' in the way D&D was...all the basics are there, Aliens, Ray Gun/Blasters, Starships, Exotic Creatures and Landscapes, etc. but presented in a 'use what you like, how you like' manner. I picture a Star Frontier meets Star Wars meets Star Trek (I give it 3 Stars right off the back) kinda atmosphere.
