Well, Story One has come to an end.

Does this mean no reruns of the first half of the series? I was looking forward to catching up on some I missed. Great series BTW.

That's actually a sticky question. You see, each FK strip takes up 1-3 MB of space (depending on length). Which means that every person who views it eats a fair chunk of bandwidth, and their server space is filling up. Unfortunately this means that old strips are going to be removed soon (but I deeply thank the webmaster for keeping them up as long as he did so there was more or less a complete story up there).

I'm looking into the option of finding an off-site place to store the archives in a complete manner, but unfortunately I'm just the writer... and as any writer will tell you, that means squat against "the powers that be".

However, for now what we've arranged is this. I'll be dropping back to one strip a week shortly. When that happens, on the "off" day I'll be posting the classic strips from 1-30 again. Problem is, the way I see it, the longer the series goes on, the bigger a gap of strips not currently online there will be. I just hope I can work something out.

Oh, by the way, Friday and Tomorrow (Tuesday's) strips were shot while I was bicycling through Japan on vacation back in September. Been dying to use them for ages now
