Hi all, I'm new to this neck of the EN World Woods, so I'm not sure if my question is inappropriate for this forum. If so, sorry. Basically, my request is: Does anyone know of a userscript, userstyle, or extension that would allow Firefox to rename a tab automatically? I just started running a 4e campaign from my notebook and have found the stat-blocks made available to me through D&D Insider to be incredibly useful. I pre-load them into multiple tabs then click on to reference throughout the game*. It has worked wonderfully so far and, look ma! -- no paper cuts! My issue is that a stat-block loaded into a new tab from Compendium is named for its location; something like "dndinsider/compendium/monster.aspx?id=447" when I'd much rather have it say something like "Tarrasque". I've been using Tab Mix Plus to manually rename them, but I wouldn't mind a little automation to help me along. My ultimate goal would be to click on a Compendium link and have Firefox automatically open a stat-blocked tab with its correct name. Does anyone know of a quick way I could get this going? It seems like a job for Greasemonkey, but I'm nowhere close to being a Java maven. Thanks; any help would be greatly appreciated. B-) ________ *Also part of my "D&D Tab Suite", if you're curious: Colorize Tabs to separate them (by encounter and type), Tab Mix Plus for multiple rows, Firefox Showcase/Mouseless Browsing for quick access, and Session Manager to rack 'em during design then throw 'em up at the start of a night's game.
