I turned it on about halfway through and was treated to some "we dont quite have enough money" computer animation and effects,  and some amusing camera shots (the matrix-fight "bring it on" hand signal in the fight between Duke and Destro and the reflection of storm shadow in snake-eyes sword)Some of the voices sounded like they might have been the same actors and it was written by Larry Hama who wrote most (all?) of the comic books from the Marvel series, so it did have SOME of a g.i. joe feel.It had Duke, Stalker, Snake-Eyes, Scarlett, Shipwreck, Wild Bill, some guy called High-Tech and i saw glimpses of Flint, Dusty and TunnelRat. Cobra has Cobra Commander, the Baroness, Destro, Dr. Mindbender, Zartan, and Storm Shadow.The show came across a bit cluttered and would have been better served if they didn't try to squeeze so many of the characters in at once.Cartoon Network sucks because I never heard about this at ALL, and a quick look at their website also told me that Duck Dodgers has started already, and their on-site tv schedule is all messed up. So I don't know if there's a repeat in our future. And worse yet, the DVD is only available with some sort of Snake-Eyes/Storm Shadow box set. What is Hasbro thinking? That's NOT the way to revitalize the series.All in all, probably worth killing an hour on for another walk down 80s nostalgia lane.</blockquote>
