Gambling and Creating Poison?

I thought I saw in one of the WoTC books a Skill which was utilized for players to use in games/gambling? Does anyone remember where this was located? Also, what about if a player wants to create poisons? Do you recall what skill is used, and where it was located? Thanks for the help.

quissential rogue has rules for gambling... it really depends on which game your playing.

I'd say for the more intellectual games such as stones or chess, an intelligence check would be needed, whereas in most poker games, a bluff check (card shark, this is what is in quissential rogue), and dice... I'd say play it right there on the table

Yes. Quintessential Rogue has rules for both......you should look at it.

My DM actually bought a set of gambling stuff, so when we don't have enough people to play we just gamble, but with our PC's money.

We did that once, we did it for about 30 minutes waiting for a guy to get there.
