I'm in the process of overhauling a long bit of work of mine, pulling in a cohort and in general trying to finalize a few years of work and I'm coming into a bit of organization issue.
I'm wondering, do many of you who are developing campaigns use any standard design document system or way of 'organizing' what you need to do, how you need to do it? Right now I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by the variables (mainly because, well, I'm overhauling almost everything and bringing on someone else and needing to convey a lot of information that is now a bit outdated.) So I'm looking for some sort of order to set upon the little chaos I cooked up.
So? Design docs? Templates? Any good links or anything any of you can share to help a guy out? :Grins: I'll.. er.. name my first NPC after you. Well, not the first.. but, the next one I make, certainly!
A lot of my ‘crunchy’ bits are worked out, but it’s the ‘everything else’ I’m having a hard time trying to organize/convey.
