Wow, this is so weird, because lucky for you good sir, I live in this here town.
Tactics is by far the best game store in town, and pretty much has all the RPG/game/minis stuff I have ever heard of on the net and bothered to look for in the shop.
they do take about 3 weeks to get things in from the US, but otherwise they're good.
There is another store, Valhalla, with some roleplaying stuff, but they're not as good. They also have slightly higher prices, though this has changed somewhat. They are also about to go out of business if they don't move, because their building is slated for demolition.
They are however on the net, as you can see on this website.

Otherwise there are a few games world stores which sell dice and the D&D core books. They're pretty hopeless though.
If you're looking for minis, there are games workshop shops in town. I don't know the situation in them since I don't look in them.
