For starters, you need the DivX codec to watch them.

  1. 10.1MB in size, 2:09 in length. First person perspective, who berates a gamer for being a gamer. Picks up a CCG card (probably M:tG), and says its like heroin. Portrays the gamer as embarrassed of his hobby. Most of the RPG books in the discovered chest seemed to be 80s vintage, so this might have been alluding to the times of trouble under Jack Chick and Pat Pulling
  2. 12.7MB in size, 3:28 in length. This appears to be a Q&A type. Questions pop in in letters than people are interviewed about the questions. Gary Gygax was one of them.

All in all, eh. I'll probably d/l the whole thing when he's done, but nothing jumped out at me with these trailers.

The first trailer is awful. I assume it's supposed to be humorous, but it was just incredibly annoying and very, very unpleasant. A lot of shouting, plus you get to hear the cameraman say "man" every 4th word. This really, really, really turns me off to the whole thing.

The second trailer, however, was pretty entertaining and well done, good enough that I'd want to see a documentary-length version of it.

So... I guess I'm stuck. If I have to watch that first bit one more time, even if it's the only thing like that and there's another 60 minutes of stuff like the second trailer, I'll still skip it.

Durned.
