Yummy.One thing I've made in the past was what some of the coffee shops around here call the "Nature Bar"  In a nutshell, you make it just like rice krispy squares, with the melted marshmallows and some butter or margarine. The difference is that you don't use rice krispies. Instead, mix up a concoction of cornflakes, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds (also billed as Pepitas in some bulk shops). Get some chopped dates or figs, maybe some slivered almonds (even some smokehouse almonds if you want), dried cranberries and/or coconut. Be as creative as you want, but use the unsweetened versions of some of the dried fruits and such, as there's sugar already in the marshmallow that holds it all together. Whatever you use, make it about a half cornflakes and half everything else. A: it makes them crispy and chewy, and B: to fill them out a little. The trail mix type ingredients can get costly and my gang is not shy about munchies. I'd rather make lots. (cornflakes are pretty reasonable) Let me know if you use it!Trev</blockquote>
