Gaming Stores in London and-or SW England

Anyone know any good ones, particularly that might have decent selection and reasonable deals on old-school 0e-1e-2e stuff? I'm heading over there in late September for a few weeks...can't wait! :)

I'll be spending time in London and around Plymouth, but could probably get to 'most anywhere south or west of London...or near Oxford; another stop I plan to make. :)

In North London we have Leisure Games as mentioned

Angus who runs it also runs GameForce monthly if you're looking for some play action you might overlap with that.

In the centre of town there is Orcs Nest although it's quite compact not sure how much old school stuff they'd have, ,nearby to Orcs Nest you can find comics, etc at Forbidden Planet

Bristol has a Travelling Man IIRC which may have some older edition stuff but it's been a long time since I've been there.

Lesiure games is definitely worth a visit. As well as that and Orc's nest, there's Playin' Games near the British museum, but I doubt they'll have old stuff. Great for board games, however.

If you've got time, visit Greenwich in SE London. Plenty of second-hand book shops, and I have found old D&D stuff around there before.

Heading south and west from London, you might try Eclectic Games in Reading or The Games Shop in Aldershot. Both great stores. Don't know how much luck you'll have in finding OD&D stuff at them, though.

In Plymouth there are two shops, Antics on Royal Parade and Limited Edition (not sure of the street name). Both carry a reasonable level of current stock but neither carries OOP items as far as I know.

There are also two shops in Exeter but again neither carries OOP items as far as I know.

That pretty much covers every RPG shop in the County of Devon where I live.

Let me know if you want more info.
