Wow, there are a lot of terms that are in there, but several that arent (and i dont' know how to add them).

"APL"
"Octopin" the new monster from the Age of Worms series
"Elfth" an elf with a lisp (etc.)
"D&D house rule"

Others?

if they wouldn't make suitable articles on their own (and those you listed probably wouldn't be), then the idea would be to try to find an article(s) where mentioning it would be most appropriate.

I noticed there are a variety of "homebrew" articles (including one about moding video games), but not one is about campaign settings. . .

homebrew campaign settings are generally not considered notable, unless you get it published (and even then, not necessarily).

I wasn't saying that specific homebrew campaigns needed an article, rather the idea of homebrew campaigns and world-building for RPGs, which as a generic idea is very common practice - heck, from my understanding, Greenwood started detailing the Realms long before he ever played D&D.

This article and some of the articles it links to discuss the topic. A few links in the appropriate RPG related articles should suffice.

Maybe because these are not really worthy terms. I've no idea what APL is. A new monster from a recent magazine is not at all needed in wikipedia and "an elf with a lisp"? What makes that any more wikiworthy than any other noun with a lisp? (And I've never encountered an elf with a lisp in 25+ years of gaming, nor heard anyone refer to an elfth before.)
