Ur studies the statue for a moment and after close scrutiny, the way it moves, the sounds it makes, and the general appearance of the 'stone skin' lead him to believe that although it appears to be fashioned of ivory, that is just a (Well designed) covering. Anybody less familiar with stone than he likely wouldn't be able to tell the difference. As far as origins or age, the covering appears new. Either something is protecting it from the ravages of time, or it was fashioned so recently that nothing has affected it yet. As he speaks, the statue looks at him and cocks its head to the side. "Just like that?" He clears his throat and suddenly his voice becomes a match to Ur's as he raises his hands, as though beseeching some great power "Oh ancient automoton, wisest being we've ever met, wielder of secrets Unknown to the gods and doer of deeds long forgotten.. Tell us everything." His voice returns to its regular tone, waving his hand at Gerard. "At least he asked how I was feeling before inquiring about the secrets of the universe. Don't worry, Kid, everybody tries something like that. Heck, ask nice sometime and I might just tell you the first thing ol'feathers over there asked me." It jerks its head in the direction of Darrian. "Knowledge is Power, and you don't just hand power to people. It must be earned." He swings his head to look at Tutek, still 'working out his joints' "You look like you understand what I mean, eh big guy? Earned yourself some mighty fine power in your day, didn't you? Gave it up, too. Not many do that. I like you. Maybe not the sharpest sword on the wall, but definitely a good one to keep around." He spins around then, bending over, his face inches from Braham's before anybody realizes what has happened "Not what you expected? Just as someone is about to speak up and interrupt him, Wade stops and bolts upright, this time without a sound. "On the other hand, I do like a good game.. As it speaks again, it's voice changes, sounding much more wise and solemn than it's previous apparent madness. "In the beginning there were three races: Titans, Gods, and Dragons.
