So...not really processed. I don't think the gods of her world are aware that this plane is actually a formal "prison." All they know is that when someone goes here, they don't come back. Ever. Not even on the wheel of reincarnation. To them, therefore, it's kind of like a black hole. Since no one ever comes back, no one's ever told them what it's like. Thus, they toss people in there, when they want to -erase- them from reality. If they knew there was a processing procedure, they'd probably follow it.
