Lets see. Vaughn Bode's Cobalt 60 is very GW-ish as is Wizards, The Ralph Bashki movie based on another of the Bode comics. The Stone God Awakens by Phillip Jose Farmer. Set really far in the future, but again with a GW-ish feel to it. As does Dark is the Sun by the same author. Demon-4 by David Mace. An underwater Death Machine and the attempts to stop it. The Stars Must Wait by Keith Laumer. A sleeper awakens to a world where warbots have gone senile and neo-barbarians Dhalgren by Samuel R Delany. A massive post apoc book. Malevel by Robert Merle. Another massive book set in PA France apparently. For movies... Damnation Alley: Based on the Zelany book. Gotta love the Landmaster. Death Race 2000: If only for the twisted future and car designes by the creator of the Landmaster in Damnation Alley. Rock n Rule: Cats Rats and Dogs on a semi-rebuilt Earth. Strange stuff. Caddilacs & Dinosaurs: Animated series based on the Xenozoic Tales comics detailing a temporal disaster that brings Dinosaurs and the prehistoric environs crashing onto the modern Earth. Technology is being lost and superstitions are beginning to become more prevalent. A Boy and His Dog: Young Don Johnson in a strange little PA movie based on a Harlan Ellison story. Interesting "Vault" city encounter. Hakkaider: Japanese movie. A grim cyborg and some freedom fighters against an oppressive city state. The creator of this movie allso did the rather strange PA movie Cyberninja. A renegade cyborg aids a group of soldiers in an attempt to rescue a kidnapped sacrificial princess from a malevolent cybernetic invasion. He also created the two Zeiram movies. Road Warrior and Beyond Thunderdome: Car Wars in a bleak future where fuel is scarce and life is cheap. Mel Gibson as the grim anti-hero. And of course Thundar the Barbarian: An animated series that doesnt get much more GW-like. The only thing lacking was a nuclear war as the cause. Ancient tech, strange powers, lots of unusual societies risen from the ruins, and "magic" that might have been some form of super science or advanced psi power. Or might have been real magic. Opinions vary. Omega
