Many Epic Destinies give +2 to at least one of your stats, so +29 is trivial for anyone. All of which means that the GW PC is one point ahead to hit at level 1 (assuming expertise wasn't the first feat chosen - d20 + 1/2 + modifier, rounded down vs d20 + 1 + modifier), one point ahead at level 10, and one point ahead at level 30. That reads like pretty close scaling to me. Just don't give GW PCs magic weapons/implements...</blockquote>
