I love it!

There is one thing that kind of bothers me though...the hands. With all the dark shading everywhere else, they really pop out and kind of look odd. But then again, I guess that's because of the magical energy. Minor thing, really. Hopefully one day I'll be able to draw the human body as well as you do.

Hey there DMAC-

I've always been a fan of your work (saw you first on the Penny Arcade forums). You've got a great smooth feel to your drawings, and your characters always boast a lot of... well, character. This gear mage is another excelent illustration, although I do agree that the hands are a bit... awkward.
